Free Guarantee Replacement service:   

Dear Customer:

Thank you for choosing Soling CID system, the CID that you are buying now can enjoy the free replacement of products services within three months since that the day you bought our product.

Free replacement products services ordinance (replacement conditions) as follows:
①Products have normal performance breakdown with three months since the purchase date;
②Products are damaged by non-human factor or without disassembly and maintenance;
③Good products with nondestructive appearance, the warranty sticker and fuselage barcode;
④Possess valid documents (invoice receipt and warranty card) , there must have detail information on invoice receipt or warranty card such as product model, PS identify, purchasing date with effective sales seal.


2、Free Replacement Notes:
①Those products need to change will be sent to the original purchasing place or the specific after-sale service maintenance point to see whether need to change or not after the checking by dealers or stationary technical personnel. If needed, then it is required to make record for the change, then return to the upper level of agency or directly return to the Soling after-sale maintenance department. 
②Product replacement service is only open to replacement of the same mode and same host, other accessories (packaging, color box, manuals, etc.), is not in the scope of change;
③If there have damaged stains of appearance for the product, during the replacement period, the product can only get the guarantee repair or renovate , not allowing replacement;
④If due to lack of same mode of product inventory and cannot change new product in time, the customer service agent will coordinate with the customer for the change time and postpone the service time. If the customer doesn’t coordinate with the customer service agent for the change time but directly bring product away, it will be regarded as this customer give up this change service automatically;
⑤Those products that are special sales or the upgrading old model marketing processor are not allowed to change for new ones but only for maintenance according to the stipulation that those kinds of products are beyond the after-sale service.


3、The following conditions is not in the scope of free replacement service, cannot get free replacement. If you want to change, you will be charged for the maintenance and raw materials reasonably: 
①Those products no warranty card and upgrade voucher, no user information file, no effective body bar code information;
②Those products that the warranty card and upgrade certificate does not match the product mode, unclear host body bar code or with sing of erasure data;
③Those products that was damage by human factors, including those not in accordance with the manual operation and the laser smudgy under normal working conditions, customers use inferior CD-R, improper repairman or other damages etc.;
④Those products that the user separated the machine maintenance, modification without permission, and caused damaged by get maintenance at non-Soling maintenance service point;
⑤Those products that are damaged caused by using pirated map or to upgrade GPS at non-Soling designed maintenance service points; 
⑥Those products that are damaged caused by improper using environment or conditions, such as power supply, environmental temperature, humidity and etc.;  
⑦Those products are damaged by inevitable factors or by force majeure such as fire, flood, lightning, traffic accidents etc.;
⑧Those products that are beyond three months after buying.


4、Stipulation of other accessories  (must meet the change conditions mentioned above):
①Remote-controller、wire rod only have one month for change;
②When upgrading map navigation card, we are not responsible for the change card, if need to change for upgrading, then the expenditure will be borne by the customers. The navigation map upgrading expenditure will be charged at the standard price according to the map soft company charge fee.
③The accessories that are not mentioned above is excluding in the change policy.

Dear Customer:

Thank you for choosing Soling CID system, the CID that you are buying now can enjoy the free replacement of products services in limited conditions within twelve months since that the day you bought our product.

 

Free guarantee repair products services ordinance (guarantee conditions) as follows:

①Products have normal performance breakdown with twelve months since the purchase date;
②Products are damaged by non-human factor or without disassembly and maintenance;
③Possess valid documents (invoice receipt and warranty card) , there must have detail information on invoice receipt or warranty card such as product model, PS identify, purchasing date with effective sales seal.


2、Guarantee repair products notes:
①Those products need to repaired will be sent to the original purchasing place or the specific after-sale service maintenance point to see whether need to change or not after the checking by dealers or stationary technical personnel, if needed then there is no charge for repair;
②Guarantee repair only limited to the machinery and electronic function parts, excluding the outside appearance damaged;
③Those products that are special sales or the upgrading old model marketing processor are not allowed to repair if there is not extra specification.


3、The following conditions is not in the scope of free warranty service, if you need maintenance, you will be charged the relevant raw materials and maintenance reasonably:
①Those products no warranty card and upgrade voucher, no user information file, no effective body bar code information;
②Those products that the warranty card and upgrade certificate does not match the product mode, unclear host body bar code or with sing of erasure data;
③Those products that are damaged by human-factor and need to be renovated in the period of guarantee repair, and after the dealers changed new one for customer but still need sell out;
④Those products that was damage by human factors, including those not in accordance with the manual operation and the laser smudgy under normal working conditions, customers use inferior CD-R, improper repairman or other damages etc.;
⑤Those products that the user separated the machine maintenance, modification without permission, and caused damaged by get maintenance at non-Soling maintenance service point;
⑥Those products that are damaged caused by using pirated map or to upgrade GPS at non-Soling designed maintenance service points; 
⑦Those products that are damaged caused by improper using environment or conditions, such as power supply, environmental temperature, humidity and etc.; 
⑧Those products are damaged by inevitable factors or by force majeure such as fire, flood, lightning, traffic accidents etc.;
⑨Those products that are beyond three months after buying.


4.Stipulation of other accessories  (must meet the repair conditions mentioned above):
①Remote-controller、wire rod can enjoy the free repair if in accordance with the repair condition.
②Other accessories beyond the repair scope, if there have some damage, the customer can apply to buy new ones.

Soling products offer lifetime maintenance services. The regulations mentioned above, does not affect your legal rights as a consumer.

②Make detail communication with the dealers about the production function you needed in time;
③You can check the product manual to understand the basic functions and performance of product;
④Please reference the real object as a criterion if there have difference on appearance, color and publicity materials.


2、Terms and conditions during purchasing:
①When unpacking inspection, please require debugging product properly to test the product functions;
②Require the seller to provide warranty card with seal, purchase invoices, warranty card and purchase invoices shall indicate the host body serial number, product brand and model number, date of sale;
③To protect the rights and interests of customers, regardless of where to buy the product, the same applies to the original factory after three guarantees regulations;(supplement: guarantee replacement and warranty services, please contact the original dealer or purchasing point, contact the original sellers for online purchase.)
④If you are not familiar with knowledge of electronics and automobile structure, we recommend you to hand over your products to the professionals for installation.


3、Terms and conditions after purchasing
①After you buy our products, please fill detail information on the product warranty card and take care of it and the voucher as credential for future warranty service.
②If there has product performance problems, please read our three guarantees of after-sales service regulation, solve the problem according to the corresponding service and purchasing point or contact our customer service center;
③If this product have any technology change in the future, there is no extra notice.


4、Exceptions

Our three guarantees services only limited to those product with quality problems. in any case, we are not responsible for the benefits losses or business losses due to the usage of our company`s products.
